How to Register a new8 Account
Registering a new8 account takes less than two minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of the page and fill in your basic details including username, password, email address and phone number. Phone number verification is required to secure your account.
Once your account is activated, you can immediately make your first deposit using any available payment method. The welcome bonus will be credited automatically after your first deposit is successfully processed. No promo code required — the bonus is activated automatically for all new members.
KYC and Identity Verification Process
As a platform compliant with anti-money laundering guidelines, new8 requires identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed. The process is straightforward — upload a photo of your MyKad (front and back) and a quick selfie. Verification is typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during normal operating hours.
Your KYC data is stored with the highest level of encryption and accessed only by our trained compliance team. This information is not shared with any third parties. For more details on how your data is used, please refer to new8 Privacy Policy.
Understanding Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
Every bonus at new8 comes with transparent and fair wagering requirements. For example, a 100% first deposit bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to wager 20 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be made. These terms are among the most competitive in the industry.
New8 supports full transparency — all bonus terms are clearly stated on the Promotions before you accept it. No hidden conditions or confusing terms.
New8 Customer Support
The new8 customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Malaysian public holidays. You can reach us via live chat within the platform or by submitting an email enquiry. Our average live chat response time is under 2 minutes during peak hours.
Our team comprises multilingual individuals fluent in Malay, English and Mandarin — ensuring every player gets support in the language they are most comfortable with.
New8 and Malaysia's Digital Entertainment Ecosystem
Malaysia is among the fastest-growing digital entertainment markets in Southeast Asia. With internet penetration exceeding 90% and high smartphone adoption, demand for quality online entertainment platforms continues to rise year on year.
New8 has established itself as a key player in this ecosystem by investing in local server infrastructure, partnerships with world-class game providers, and ongoing research into the needs of Malaysian users. The result is a platform genuinely tailored for a local experience — not merely an adaptation of an international platform.
Looking ahead, new8 is committed to continued innovation — including exploring AR/VR technology in live dealer games, expanding local esports markets, and adding more digital payment options in line with Malaysia's growing fintech ecosystem.
